I posted a passport at this post office nearly 3 weeks ago and I have no idea now where it is as the girl who served me put the wrong number for the address on it. I told her the address 3 times after she kept telling me it was wrong. And she still put the wrong address on it. There was a lovely girl when I went back the second time but the blonde girl and the girl who wears a hairband with red hair just look like they wouldn't be arsed to be there. No customer service whatsoever!! Also tried ringing to find out where my delivery was and no one answered the phone.
